A full workforce platform for construction crews, built through 57 database phases: geofenced clock-in and time tracking, crew rosters and Gantt workplans, leave with balances, payroll with FNPF and tax deductions, task and appraisal systems, material purchasing by mobile money, subcontractor payments, site inspections, quotes, and digitally signed employment contracts — with industry templates so the same platform can serve other trades.

Church Management Platform
A complete church operations system: live membership roll with spiritual-growth profiles, visitor welcome and follow-up pipeline, ministry coordination, dual-verified offering counts, media to the Sunday screen, and a live analytics dashboard for the Senior Pastor — 49 linked data areas across 18 modules, with role-based access for six user types.

A complete digital home for a coaching practice: leadership courses with a course player, assignments and e-certificates, an AI coach, bookings for one-to-one sessions, group coaching and keynote speaking, member subscription tiers, and a content store — taken from specification through interactive wireframes to a costed, phased delivery plan under our standard process.

Vosa ni Marama
A platform connecting rural Fijian women's renewable-energy projects with diaspora funding — verified project pipelines, milestone-based release of funds, and transparent impact updates for supporters abroad.

Clean IT Design Desk
Our internal client-discovery and scoping studio: a plain-English capability picker, structured discovery questionnaire, auto-assembled Software Requirements Specification, screen inventory for wireframe sessions, and a phased delivery roadmap. It is the engine behind the scoping tool on this website.

Reserve Bank of Fiji — P2P Lending Platform RFP
Clean IT competed in the Reserve Bank of Fiji's request for proposals to design and build Fiji's first peer-to-peer lending platform, and was selected as a finalist — progressing to the final evaluation round from a field of nineteen local and international bidders, assessed on technical solution, security and delivery capability.
